We listen first.
The occasion, the people and the purpose help us make useful recommendations.

About Us
Good work starts with good people.
We help businesses, schools, teams and families recognize the people and moments that matter. Sometimes that means a single meaningful gift. Sometimes it means bringing an entire recognition program together.
Who we are
Global Recognition is a locally owned business in Green Bay with roots going back to 1963, when we began as Green Bay Trophy and Bowling Supply. What started with trophies and apparel grew into awards, branded merchandise, personalized gifts and custom framing.
Our work has changed over the years. The reason behind it is still personal: helping someone say thank you, celebrate progress or preserve something they care about.
A team to help you figure it out.
You don’t have to arrive knowing the product, material or process. Tell us who it’s for, what you want it to mean and the budget and timing you’re working with. We’ll help you narrow the choices and work through the details.
We make the choices clearer.
We’ll talk through the materials, design and decoration options that fit your project.
We care about the details.
Names, artwork and presentation deserve attention. Those small details make the finished piece personal.
From the first conversation to the finishing details.
Sales, artwork and production each bring a different perspective to your project. Having engraving, etching, apparel decoration and framing capabilities in our Green Bay facility helps those conversations stay connected.
It means we can think about how the finished piece will look and feel while we’re still helping you choose it.
Come see what’s possible.
