What is screen printing?
Ink is applied through prepared screens to form the design. Colors and print locations require separate production steps, which is why artwork choices affect the quote.
What affects the cost of screen printing?
Garment choice, quantity, number of ink colors and decoration locations all contribute. Printing on a dark garment may also require an additional layer beneath the design, and custom ink colors that we mix in-house cost more.
Is screen printing a good choice for a small order?
It depends on the design and quantity. Share your numbers so we can compare screen printing with heat transfer or another suitable method.
Can we mix garment sizes and styles?
Send the size breakdown and styles you want. Availability, pricing and decoration space may vary between garments and sizes.
What artwork should I send?
Send the original logo or design, preferred print dimensions, placement and any brand color references. Vector artwork is helpful when available; we can review other files too.
What's the minimum for screen printing?
